This group is for adults who have learned about being Autistic later in life. You may have come to this realization though a professional diagnosis or a self-discovery; both are welcome. You are also welcome if you are in the questioning phase of this identify. In this group, you will learn about Autism, gain support from others having similar experiences, discuss your challenges and successes, and learn about skills and resources to help better manage life. This group is LGBTQIA+ affirming.

Neurodivergent Sensory and Emotional Regulation
A 6-week group focused on understanding your sensory and emotional needs. This group is facilitated by a Neurodivergent (ND) therapist, who prioritizes the ND experience. During this group, you'll learn strategies to manage overstimulation, regulate your nervous system, and balance your well-being. It includes learning, processing, and skill building. You are welcome to have your camera on or off, engage in discussion at your comfort, use the chat feature to communicate, use eye contact as you'd like, fidget and stim, and use other strategies that help your learning and regulation. The cost is $65 per session.
