Initially a practitioner in nonprofits and community behavioral health programs and more recently private practice, i have come to find as a more recent trauma-informed therapist, symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and relational issues are often expressions of unresolved grief and trauma. I am fascinated by the power of lasting change that comes from intentional, deep work.
My training as a NARM therapist has become the anchor of my work, which honors a deep trust for each person's innate ability to move toward growth and healing, and guides my sessions with clients. My work is to support more connection – with ourselves, others, and the world – so that we can access more parts of ourselves and be more fully alive and present.
