You can get relief and heal from your trauma. The best modality is EMDR, I am certified. We will work together and I will guide you to improving your daily life. Everyone has experienced some form of trauma throughout their lives. Traumas compile throughout life and often manifest into mental health issues such as anxiety, depression self medicating. We can work together using EMDR which is a rapid form of healing. Horses are remarkable healing for humans. These can be combined as well.

As a clinician my experience is with multiple trauma's including sexual violence, relationship abuse, and other mental health issues; We can work together to learn your emotional system, decrease anxiety, and relieve stress from painful memories. I am a certified EMDR therapist. I offer Equine assisted psychotherapy at a local barn.

You do not have to do this alone, I will be there to support you, every step of the way. I am licensed in Connecticut, New York and Alaska. EMDR is so helpful to giving you rapid healing and can be done remotely. Would love to meet you remotely or in person. I am here when you are ready.
