You can get relief and heal from your trauma. We will work together and I will guide you to improving your daily life. Everyone has experienced some form of trauma throughout their lives; be it from childhood or current issues. Traumas compile throughout life and often manifest into mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. We can work with numerous tools to help you feel better, one is Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems informed (IFS) these will bring relief.
As a clinician my experience is with multiple trauma's including sexual violence, relationship abuse, and other mental health issues; We can work together to learn your emotional system, decrease anxiety, and relieve stress from painful memories. I am a certified EMDRIA therapist and a consultant in training for therapists working towards EMDR consultation.
