Rayna Harris
Psychologist, PsyD
I offer my clients specific tools to help them navigate difficult situations, reduce anxious thinking, manage depression, cope with trauma-related symptoms, set boundaries in relationships, and build confidence in themselves. Furthermore, I work with young professionals in their 20’s and 30’s and enjoy helping them find a healthy balance between work, family/friends, and themselves. I have extensive experience teaching practical skills in these areas to best meet the specific needs of my clients.
I encourage my clients to take risks that allow them to have new experiences and challenge beliefs that may be holding them back from reaching their goals. My style is inviting, warm, and authentic. I believe that maintaining a strong, empathic relationship is essential to creating a space that allows for creativity and growth.
I draw from a number of evidence-based approaches and work collaboratively with my clients to find the approach that best fits their personality and individual needs. Therapy is a collaborative process—together we will identify what it is you’re hoping to work on, and explore different pathways that will help you meet your goals.
