The path to healing can be arduous and difficult for many and may seem impossible and unattainable for others. I have been fortunate and honored to work with hundreds of individuals, couples, and families on their journey of healing. I am committed to helping every person that comes to therapy to be their support at every step of their journey. Together we create goals, learn skills, and move through blocks that will help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

I am a Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience in clinical practice. My clinical interests include trauma treatment (PTSD and C-PTSD), immigration, anti-oppression and diversity, LGBTQAI+ empowerment, family therapy, spirituality, working with marginalized communities, and community-based mental health.

I specialized in trauma therapy, working with simple and complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I am certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and have received advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems, and psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
