Hi, I’m Raymond. I’m a therapist, a dad to three daughters, a husband of over 24 years, a college instructor, and the proud owner of a mini-farm filled with goats, chickens, and dogs. All of these parts of my life shape how I show up in the therapy room: grounded, down-to-earth, and genuinely invested in people.
Whether you are an adolescent working through emotions or identity, or an adult healing from trauma, stress or fighting the disease of addiction, I want our time to feel collaborative, practical, and empowering.
My style is eclectic because people are different. I partner with you to figure out what feels helpful, what gets in the way, and what direction you want to move in. I take a participatory, solution-focused, and holistic approach, believing that therapy works best when we work together and adapt the process to your needs.
I’ve spent years working with adolescents, young adults, and individuals navigating trauma, stress, and substance use. Clients describe me as warm, affirming, and easy to talk to. My goal is always to meet you where you are and build a space where you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow.
