I have successfully utilized various evidence-based practices in person and by zoom. I can also utilize EMDR by telehealth. This has proven beneficial for depression, anxiety, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, chronic pain, relationship issues, and addictions. We often need help to reprocess memories or events that seem to get in our way or cause discomfort.
I’ve been in helping roles for 30 years as a counselor, trauma & hospice chaplain & pastor. My favorite Bible verse says, “God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us” (Eph 3.20-21, Msg).
