They may struggle with anxiety, low mood, relationships, or self-doubt and want to find clarity, balance, and purpose. They value growth and are ready to do the work to create meaningful change. Together, we build insight, strengthen confidence, and develop practical tools for a more grounded and fulfilling life.

I help adults, teens, and couples manage anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges. Using CBT, and Positive Psychology among others. I guide clients to build insight, strengthen confidence, and develop tools for lasting change and a more balanced, fulfilling life. I address stress and burnout as explored in my book published in 2026.
