I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who has been helping Teens, Individuals, and Families to achieve their fullest potential by over coming life struggles such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, unexpected crisis, social anxiety, alcohol & drug use, self harm, family / couple conflict, intimate partner violence, child abuse & Men's Issues.
I have worked for various non-profit agencies, Child Protective Services, Departments of Mental Health in both San Diego and Riverside Counties, and I am currently an Affiliate Faculty member for the University of San Diego Marriage & Family Therapy program and a Trainer for the Public Child Welfare Training Academy.
