My name is Dr. Ray and I have worked with a variety of clients whose needs included anxiety and depression, trauma and childhood experiences, behavioral issues in school, LGBTQ identity exploration and safety planning, challenging relationships or rebuilding relationships, and so much more. I approach these situations from a place of safety, exploration, and collaboration so we can build your therapy goals. Coming to therapy with an open mind to discussing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors will go a long way in our work together.
I approach my clinical work from a strength and skills-based approach focused on your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how they may be in conflict with one another. With 10 years of clinical experience in the field, I utilize approaches that give you skills to practice and use from the start.
