At Raye Carr Hypnotherapy I utilize the full range of hypnotherapy services to enhance true self awareness and personal growth. Hypnosis is an excellent tool to develop the state of mind required to develop new healthy habits, break addictions, quit smoking, lose weight and address negative emotions. At Raye Carr Hypnotherapy we find the cause of your issues and plant new seeds that blossom into your reality.
I am also a Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Coach with a growing love for health and fitness. Fit-Therapy is a special program that combines hypnotherapy sessions in the office and physical training sessions in the gym. Weight loss is a symptom of getting healthy and fit and Fit-Therapy will teach you to take control of your health and wellness.
