My focus is on supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through complex emotional and behavioral challenges with care that is empowering, collaborative, and grounded in respect. I believe people are capable of growth beyond their circumstances, and therapy can be a space to reclaim agency, build insight, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s stressors. I strive to create an emotionally safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel supported as they explore their experiences and strengthen self-trust.
I work with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. My approach is integrative and neurodiversity-affirming, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-focused interventions, DBT-informed skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and strengths-based, person-centered care.
Treatment is tailored to each individual’s needs, with an emphasis on emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful, sustainable change.
