Life doesn’t give everyone equal coping tools, and I understand anxiety and addiction often develops as a way to survive overwhelming emotions, unstable environments, or unmet needs. I work with teens navigating school stress, family conflict, friendships, identity, and emotional overwhelm, as well as adults struggling with substance use and recovery. Many clients are trying to understand not just what they’re feeling or doing, but why. I also support couples impacted by addiction, helping rebuild trust, communication, and emotional safety while working toward healthier connection and long-term healing.
I help teens and adults explore the emotional, relational, and developmental roots of patterns in their life, including patterns of self-reliance, avoidance, shame, and difficulty trusting others. Much of my work focuses on strengthening emotional regulation, insight, and healthier coping with stress, addiction, and life transitions.
I offer a nonjudgmental, accepting environment where change can occur at your pace. My goal is not to “fix” you, but to understand your story and help you reconnect with the strengths already within you. Healing begins when clients feel truly seen.
