Ray of Light Wellness LLC is an online mental health group practice servicing residents in MA, RI,CT, ME. We are a dedicated team of therapists who seek to provide effective, accessible, and affordable mental health services. We care and value our clients. We are honored to guide our clients on their healing journeys. As a group we have an array of specialties and evidence based treatment approaches to meet clients' needs. Our goal is to help you become an expert on your mental health and acquire the skills to manage the challenges you are facing.
We provide individual therapy sessions for clients who are facing challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, gender identity and sexuality, body image and disordered eating, low self esteem and confidence, grief and loss, chronic health conditions and pain, substance abuse and addictions, as well as difficult life transitions.
Clients have access to appointments and practice information through a HIPAA compliant health portal this practice provides for clients. Clients can meet with us by laptop, PC, cell phone, or iPads. This practice does all that it can to make the experience easy and comfortable. We also strive to continue to acquire more insurance coverage for our clients.
