We specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, substance use disorders, chronic illness, life transitions, and ADHD. Our approach uses a variety of modalities to meet each clients individual need some examples are: Cognitive behavoiral therapy, mindfulness, strength based and solution focused treatment.
