My Client's tell me I an non-judgmental, trustworthy and have helped them tremendously. I work hard to create a safe and nurturing environment for each and every one of my clients. With over 18 years of experience, I am comfortable working with a wide variety of individuals and problems including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, stress management, grief and trauma. I employ a variety of interventions to aid my clients in developing mindfulness, tolerance, emotions regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.
Working with individual's, I focus not only on current life problems, but also on their past experiences. I believe that often times those past experiences or traumas continue to affect you in ways such as unhealthy relationship patterns, negative behaviors or an overall sense of "feeling stuck".
