I work with individuals struggling with burnout, managing sobriety, and mood disorders, and enhancing communication between couples. For the more techinical people, I use a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy.
