I come from a large family and have played sports my whole life. These identities are important to me, and I imagine you may have some that are dear to you. In this space, identities are important, validated, and processed.
You are the expert of your own experiences, so I will often ask you to turn inward for answers. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
