In my work, I attune to both what a client expresses verbally and what is conveyed through the body, paying close attention to unspoken words and subtle signals. Through empathic resonance, I become aware of the client’s present experiences and past struggles, deeply connecting with their emotional states. I am a Certified Bioenergetic Therapist (CBT) with over 16 years of experience, trained in diverse modalities of Somatic Psychotherapy.
