To heal past trauma and learn new skills , I draw upon Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (certified by EMDR International Association in 2020) or Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (trained in 2024). To help couples learn new skills, I use Gottman Method couples therapy. All three therapies are evidence-based and provide relief.

As someone who has done his own healing work, I understand the challenges that come with healing past wounds and learning new skills to communicate more effectively.
