I love to take the time to laugh when appropriate, and to incorporate the interests you have into our work together.

Primarily utilizing CBT, ACT, and Narrative Therapy, I focus on encouraging observations of unhelpful thought patterns and ways you can reauthor your life story. I am passionate about serving those struggling with OCD, domestic violence backgrounds, and people working to overcome generational patterns. I most commonly implement ERP when working with OCD.
