In a space of calm and acceptance, I invite you to cultivate Body-Mind awareness through combining authentic movement, sound/music, writing, painting/drawing, mindfulness and meditation. Through this process, you can learn to safely EXPRESS feelings and transform suffering and trauma into healing.
