About
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/therapist with a MSW from the University Of Pittsburgh. It is my goal to assist my clients on their individual journey to healing. Currently, if you are struggling mentally and emotionally with recent life changes, dealing with gender dysphoria, or having trouble connecting with peers I am here to offer assistance.
I meet my clients where they are and assist them in getting where they would like to be. I am comfortable using a variety of different treatment approaches depending on my clients unique needs, most commonly person centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
I am here to provide you with the therapeutic support you need to aid you in setting and meeting your own goals, providing insight into your past and current challenges, and offering strategies to reduce any social, occupational or interpersonal distress. Please contact me via email or phone to schedule an in person or virtual session.
