I am a clinician with over 12 years of experience providing person centered counseling and would like to help you discover how to find awareness and cope better. A raven is associated with loss; yet it's symbolism is complex. As a talking bird, it represents prophecy, complex decision making, and having rich awareness. I provide a clinical guidance through talk therapy using a Person Centered approach. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which facilitates the accessing and processing of trauma and other adverse life experiences to bring you to an enhanced resolution. I have experience working with trauma, crisis, and making behavior changes.
I have enjoyed working with adolescents and adults for several years to provide a calm, welcoming, and laid back approach into the counseling office.
