I approach the therapeutic relationship with creativity and a person-centered focus, fostering a safe environment where clients can share authentically. My work blends evidence-based counseling techniques with expressive and imaginative supports, including music-based interventions when helpful. I support both children and adults navigating ADHD, autism, intellectual disabilities, and anxiety. Grounded in a strengths-based perspective, I incorporate creative approaches to enhance well-being, daily functioning, and overall quality of life.
I work with individuals across the lifespan and from all walks of life, with a special focus on serving the brain injury (TBI) and spinal cord injury (SCI) communities. Through specialized training in neurologic music therapy, I provide accessible, strengths-based services that are responsive to the unique needs of individuals with neurologic conditions.
I provide free music therapy services to individuals who have experienced TBI or SCI funded by RFA 28493-02 from the Commonwealth Neurotrauma Initiative Trust Fund and are managed by the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS).
