Hi, I’m Raveena (she/her)! The art of therapy is both complex and deeply meaningful. In my work I enjoy supporting BIPOC/LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent adults navigating trauma. I especially love collaborating with people going through life changes or those trying to untangle their life experiences and make sense of it all. I approach therapy through a liberatory and trauma-informed lens, recognizing that many of our struggles are shaped not only by our own direct experiences but also by systemic factors and cultural expectations!
I believe therapy should be tailored to you! I draw from EFT, ACT, and somatic approaches while remaining flexible to what feels most supportive and meaningful for your goals. As a South Asian woman, I also bring lived experience and a culturally responsive lens to our work, honoring the ways culture, identity, family, and community shape our experiences.
Therapy can be vulnerable, messy, and sometimes uncomfortable! You may even find yourself navigating beliefs or norms that make therapy feel challenging. That being said, I encourage you to show up as you are, and we'll work through those difficult bits and pieces together.
