My approach to therapy is eclectic, using a mix of person-centered, psychodynamic, and CBT to target each client’s needs. I want you to learn about your strengths and develop a sense of self-awareness to help you combat life’s challenges on your own terms.
Coming from an Indo-Caribbean family, I recognize the stigma surrounding mental health and how, culturally, it affects our lives in different ways.
