Challenges in our everyday lives and stressors from work, family, and illness can often hinder us from experiencing the joy that each of us desires. We all want to be able to perform well and enjoy happiness in our lives. Sometimes we need the support of others to help us resolve these issues. Developing solutions to help us manage our daily lives is an important first step in this process. It will be my privilege to walk with you through this journey and to provide a respectful and compassionate environment where safety and privacy is taken very seriously.
My background includes working with adolescents, individuals, and couples. I have 20 years of experience working with physical, emotional, and relational issues. I'm licensed to diagnose and treat the more serious mental health issues. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and relationship issues.
