I work with couples who are experiencing significant challenges in their relationship, including those who may be on the brink of divorce. My approach is relational, thoughtful, and grounded in an understanding of how past and present experiences shape emotional life. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy and trauma-informed approaches, while working at a pace that allows for both safety and meaningful depth.
