I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, serving men, women and teens in the state of Texas. My belief is that all people hold the power to change and grow but may sometimes need guidance to tap into those things.

I enjoy collaborating with individuals, couples, and families to meet the challenges they are currently experiencing and build the skills and confidence needed to navigate the future with resilience.

We see children 2 and up, teens, and adults. Through integrating our faith and clinical training, we offer biblically sound and psychologically skilled approaches to life’s struggles. Meeting clients where they are, we walk alongside in order to hear and help in a way that brings about lasting change. Our doors are open to clients from all religious, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds. We meet in person and virtually.

My scope of practice includes a wide range of issues such as interpersonal trauma, complex trauma, cultural/identity based trauma, gender confirmation, substance addiction, process addictions, intimate partner violence, grief, divorce, sexual violence, depression, anxiety, emotion regulation, co-occurring disorders, dual diagnosis, self-harm behaviors, and relationship concerns.

I'll treat you as a person, not as a diagnosis. I'm a fully licensed, experienced (15+ years) and down-to-earth professional who is committed to helping you. I have a passion to help heal clients from the inside, so they can truly feel their best. I believe that the most optimal treatment is to treat the whole person. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor, Certified Anger Resolution Therapist, Certified in MBSR-T, Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Medical Meditation and Stress Management Consultant, Hypnotherapist, and a Licensed Professional Counselor. We offer evening and Saturday appointments!

Matt's experience includes working with adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of issues including: marriage and family struggles, drug and alcohol addiction, sexual addiction, men's issues, depression, divorce mediation and other life struggles. Additionally, Matt is a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist (CART) experienced in helping individuals work through anger.

Mrs. Rahim started RCCS in 2010. Her first experience in the field in 2007 was at the Veteran Hospital's Pain Clinic and In-patient Area. After Graduation, she spent some time in the Middle East and voluntarily served her time and knowledge with familial issues and women issues. She has experienced hospice and loss, & understands grief and suicide. Her years of experience is wide as she has worked with clients and their families about depression, anxiety, addiction, multi-cultural, multi-racial family and marital issues. She works well with adults and adolescents dealing with self esteem and communication issues.

I have experience working with a wide variety of life problems and mental health disorders, but my primary interests include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), academic issues, panic/phobias, anger management, addiction, couples, marriage, and family relationship issues.

I am passionate about helping people overcome life’s difficult challenges and assisting individuals with developing new insights. I utilize evidenced-based therapeutic practices such as: Cognitive Behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
