Hi there, I’m Stephanie! A little bit about me is that I have approximately five years of clinical experience. In 2016, I graduated from Shippensburg University with my bachelors degree in psychology and then continued at Shippensburg University to receive my masters degree in clinical mental health counseling graduating in 2018. I have worked in and with several different treatment modalities and settings with different populations to include inpatient behavioral health treatment with teens and adults in a psychiatric inpatient setting, inpatient and outpatient substance abuse counseling, and prison work.

When the burdens of life leave us feeling like it is a struggle to breathe as we are slowly sinking in quicksand, it can feel impossible to recognize any other way to live, think, and/or function. As a therapist, I believe that listening is paramount to learning and better understanding an individual so that trust and genuine care remain cornerstones of the therapeutic process. I am a licensed professional counselor, nationally certified counselor, PMH-C perinatal mental health certified specialist (pregnancy & postpartum), and an ADHD-CCSP, ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider. My approaches are flexible and person specific, but I use client centered therapy, feminist therapy, behavioral neuroscience research, skill building, parts work, and other techniques as needed.
