"You are not broken, you are breaking through". I have spent my career normalizing and reducing the stigma of seeking therapy. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. Your anxiety, doubt, and hesitation will be reduced by my calm demeanor and safe environment. In order to assist in creating change short term goals will be collaborated on and assessed each session. Progress will be measured together. Many interventions are utilized based on the presenting problem. There is no one solution for everyone. Therapy is a process that takes time, but I will be your road map.
I am a licensed professional counselor. I received my master's degree in clinical psychology. I have experience working in community based outpatient facilities, in a hospital setting, and in private practice. The population I work with is broad and includes children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples.
I work frequently with individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, disordered eating, depressive disorders, behavioral issues, trauma, and mood disorders. I feel confident that I can join with all individuals on a personal level and successfully treat a multitude of symptoms.
