When helping clients, I find that using various approaches to therapy help clients the most. In a supportive environment, I will assist you with identifying those things that are causing you emotional pain, anxiety, and depressive symptoms. Together, we will sort through your experiences that trigger negative thoughts and/or reactions and work through them.
