Meghan has extensive experience working in the field of mental health and substance use treatment. Meghan has worked with a variety of issues including: addiction, anxiety, depression, divorce, infidelity, chronic illness, grief, trauma, low self- esteem, life coaching, parenting, and stress. Meghan also works with a nurse practitioner to assist clients with medication management, along with several other therapists in her practice. Meghan understands the importance of utilizing a team approach along with resources as part of the therapeutic process and is very familiar with a variety of support services in the area.

Andrew is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who earned his masters from Johns Hopkins University. Andrew’s previous experience and skill set make him ideal to help clients that are struggling with adjustments to life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, addiction, attachment, low self-esteem, and family issues

I work with children, adults, families, and couples. I work to help strengthen the development of parenting skills, boundary setting, communication, decision making and behavioral management. I assist with the development of emotional intelligence including self-awareness, self-regulation, social skills, and empathy for others. For children, I see ages 3+.

I am a caring, compassionate therapist who has worked extensively with preteens, adolescents and adults struggling with mental health difficulties, conflict, and adjustment problems, including difficult life transitions, grief and bereavement. In addition, I provide a supportive environment for couples/marital counseling. I am also well-versed in assisting individuals who provide care for loved ones with life-threatening illnesses/conditions, special needs and/or disabilities. I have worked with children and teens in non-public special education settings, with at-risk youth in a group-home environment, and with adults/teens in an outpatient counseling center, offering mental health as well as addictions counseling.
