I work with adolescents and adults who are experiencing relationship conflicts, depression, anxiety, and substance use/abuse issues. Working together we'll envision what moving forward looks like for YOU: short/long term, CBT, grief and addiction work, adolescent depression and anxiety. In all cases, you set the pace and the agenda.
Our work will reflect where you are mentally, emotionally, spiritually. With warmth, humor, respect and acceptance, we'll explore what healing looks like for you.
