My personal philosophy of life for counseling is that 'serene tranquility' coupled with 'bringing in balance' is cornerstone to the rejuvenation of Hope. for understanding self and functioning in relationships with others; and, with building self-confidence and -esteem geared towards recognizing inherent characteristic qualities of life: worth, value, and validation. CBT helps with understanding the functional roles of all emotions, both positive and negative, and their impact on behavioral responses.
