I am Rasmill Espiritu, a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 9 years of professional experience assisting a widely diverse community, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and adjustment disorders. Additionally, I have extensive experience helping couples and families create healthy boundaries, improve emotional intelligence, and encourage emotional independence in adults and adolescents.
I graduated from Kutztown University with a Master's degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy. In therapy, I utilize a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT).
