Are you making decisions that don't align with your needs and goals? Are you struggling with shame and feeling like you aren't enough? Do you feel like you are ruminating on the same choices and mistakes and struggling to connect to your identity and your feelings? I would be honored to help walk this path with you to identify and meet your own needs, increase your healthy coping skills and help unravel the unhealthy thinking patterns effecting your regulation and capacity to connect with self and others.
I bring a decade of experience working with trauma in various social service positions and have now transitioned into a therapeutic role. I'm trained in EMDR and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory and Family Systems to help you identify healthier ways of connecting with mind, heart and body as well as connecting with others.
My therapeutic orientation is eclectic because we are all unique. I value the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a compassionate and warm space to assist my clients in navigating this journey and building insight. Please connect with me and make a decision to take care of and prioritize yourself. You are worthy without exception, caveat or change.
