I'm a dedicated behavioral health professional with extensive experience across diverse areas of mental health care. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with both adjudicated youth and adults seeking community-based support. From empowering youth in the criminal justice system to providing therapy for children in foster care programs, my work has been centered on delivering compassionate and effective care.
I’ve also offered critical crisis support, guiding children and families through their most challenging moments. In addition to my direct work with youth, I’ve served as the Director of a community behavioral health program, focusing on adults navigating unique mental health challenges.
I specialize in Trauma-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Center for Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R), tailoring my approach to meet the specific needs of my clients and ensuring the highest quality of care. My passion is in creating safe, supportive environments that foster growth, resilience, and healing.
