I specialize in children (ages 5 & up), adolescents, and young adults as they explore and navigate through oppositions in life. I work closely with those who are challenged with anxiety, anger, behavioral disorders, depression, grief, loss, parental conflict, traumatic childhood experiences, and PTSD. Children are often misunderstood and just want to be heard. All children have unique qualities and express themselves differently. I help children communicate and convey their thoughts in various ways by engaging and interacting creatively.
I use a range of personal therapeutic intervention techniques to help regulate client emotions and behaviors which positively impact child development. My motivation and encouragement are driven by my great appreciation and understanding of the adolescent mind.
