I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years of experience providing therapy to adults and adolescents. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery, helping clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore emotions, rediscover strengths, and begin building lasting emotional wellness.
I earned my Master’s in Child and Family Social Work from the University of Illinois. My therapeutic approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, strengths-based strategies, and trauma-informed care to help clients build resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful change in their lives.
