I specialize in supporting people experiencing issues related to boundaries, self-respect, burnout, anger, social/racial justice, healing trauma, identity development, existential questions, sexuality, gender identity, and life transitions. LGBTQ, poly, and kink identities welcome. I am trained in Attachment Focused EMDR for virtual or in person sessions.
As a clinician, I integrate relational mindfulness, somatic awareness skills, a sense of humor, and attachment-focused EMDR skills, within an anti-oppression framework. I will encourage you to deepen your mind-body awareness, listen to and respect signals you get from your body and question the beliefs underlying repetitive negative emotional states.
