I enjoy working with adults of all ages who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, substance abuse, trauma, and grief/loss. I also have a passion for working with teen/young adult athletes and parents by providing a safe space of support to process the multitude of emotions that the competitive sports arena inherently presents.
