I have a special focus on working with individuals navigating: Trauma and PTSD, anxiety and burnout, adoption-related experiences and identity, and childhood or relational wounds As both a therapist and adoption social worker, I bring a unique understanding of how early experiences and attachment impact your present-day life and relationships.
