Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and it’s normal to feel unsure about where to begin. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and talk openly about what’s weighing on you. Together, we’ll focus on helping you feel more grounded, build self-awareness, and develop practical tools to navigate life more confidently. I work with teens (15+) and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and challenges with identity, self-worth, or intense emotions. My approach is structured yet flexible, using evidence-based practices to support meaningful change.
I'm passionate about mental health and creating a safe space. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and in nature.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts that affect your mood and behaviors. I also use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, and handling distress, while applying these tools in daily life.
In our work, I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space, while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling understood, more in control of your emotions, and equipped with tools to move forward.
