Are you wanting to embark on a journey of self discovery and live your most Authentic life? I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, grief, navigating major life changes, co-dependency, and healing intergenerational trauma. I am certified in Clinical Supervision since 2017, I am passionate about being a therapist for for therapists and provide consultation. Drawing from depth psychology and an integrative, holistic approach; I help clients in developing deep understanding of their psyche and heal deep wounds. I am a Native American LCSW and bring a decolonization lens to the work that I do with clients and systems.
I tailor sessions and techniques to each client so the therapy is individualized to address every person's unique needs, strengths, and goals. I use an integrated approach using CBT/DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, attachment/interpersonal, narrative therapy, existential therapy, somatic therapy, IFS, and Jungian psychoanalysis.
