My name is Raquel M. Massaro. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and also a Certified Yoga teacher. Through the healing of the soul and the body we will be able to find the peace to walk through life. Yoga and therapy give you the tools to be successful in this journey. I am coming from a Holistic approach where I am your guide through the journey.
Therapy is the journey that help us to get to know ourselves to the fullest. Life is a ride full of obstacles that will embrace us or bring us down. It’s our choice to make the best of each situation but sometimes we don’t feel the confident to face those obstacles. Building a strong self and knowing our limitations, it's part of the journey.
