My approach is trauma-focused, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices, meaning I use techniques that are researched and proven to be effective. I am person-centered in the way I tailor my approach to each client’s needs, centering your voice and experience in everything we do. I have spent the past three years working with adult trauma survivors, and my love for this work only grows with each person I have the privilege of counseling. If your goal is to rebuild and heal after challenging life events, I would be honored to join you on your journey.
I aim to be directive and encouraging while maintaining a calm, gentle style in how I communicate as a therapist. I practice mindful listening to be fully present during our time together.
