With over 10 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with people navigating a wide range of challenges, including trauma, relational wounds, and struggles with identity, connection, and self-trust. Much of my work is with BIPOC and queer individuals, many of whom are children of immigrants, and who are carrying both personal and intergenerational experiences that shape how they move through the world.
I approach therapy with curiosity, care, and collaboration. We begin by taking the time to understand your full story, your history, relationships, cultural context, and the experiences that have shaped you.
From there, I help you identify patterns that may have once served a purpose but no longer support the life or relationships you want. Together, we gently explore where these patterns come from and how they show up in your day-to-day life. My goal is not just insight, but meaningful change.
