My passion is to help people become the version of themselves that they want to be by adopting a stance of belief in those who I get to work with. I am amazed by the truly incredible things humans do on a daily basis. It is my job to instill this belief in my clients. Together we will identify and replace the core beliefs and habits that create barriers to meeting outcomes, while also setting up positive expectations for change and lean on resources already possessed. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, or just the difficult changes that come with life, I’m here to help you.
